Key Information

Your questions answered.

  • What areas do you service? As Requested Appraisals services Kamloops, Sun Peaks, Merritt, Logan Lake, Ashcroft, Cache Creek, Lillooet, Shuswap, Savona, Barriere, Clearwater and more.
  • How should I prepare for the inspection? Make sure we can access the perimeter of your home, the mechanical room, open gates, unlock doors and turn on lights.
  • If we pay for the appraisal, do we get a copy of the report? In Canada, the client is defined as the person or entity that officially requests the appraisal; this means they receive and “own” the appraisal, even if someone else pays for it. We are required by law to follow this guideline.
